2010 Cabin Rates & Descriptions

We have 6 fully equipped cabins for rent, 3 of which are on the Bog Brook.
All of our cabins have the following:

• Sitting area with color cable television
• Private bathroom with a shower
• Heat
• Fully equipped kitchen (with an oven) or a kitchenette (without an oven) -  except for cabin #2. Cabin #2 has a microwave and a small refrigerator only.
• Kitchens and kitchenettes include a coffee maker with filters, a toaster, can opener, dishes, glasses, silverware, a 7 piece pan set as well as some utensils for cooking with.  Please note: If you plan to cook outside on the open fire or on a grill, you will need to bring your own BBQ utensils and pans for that purpose.
• Bedding is provided for bedrooms only. You will need to bring your own bedding and pillows  if anyone in your party will be sleeping on our sofa bed or futon.
• Towels are provided with the exception of beach towels.
• A picnic table and a place to have a campfire outside
• Access to the river for fishing & wading
• Use of playground and arcade
• Use of coin operated laundry facilities
• Non-Smoking units. There are ashtrays on the porches and decks for your convenience.

The 7th consecutive night is FREE (subject to availability)

Cabin #1 -



Cabin #1 is located on the brook. It has a screened in porch. It has a newly renovated kitchenette (2 burners, no oven) which is fully equipped and it has a small refrigerator and a microwave, there is a dining table with 2 chairs, a sitting area with a loveseat and color cable TV. It has a bedroom with a full size log cabin bed and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there's a fireplace and a picnic table by the brook. Sleeps 2 adults.
$64.95 plus tax per night     The weekly rate is $389.70 plus tax for 7 nights

 

 

 

 


Cabin #2 -



Cabin #2 is located on the brook.  It has a full size bed, a sofa and color cable TV, a small refrigerator and microwave (no kitchen). It has a bathroom with a shower. This cabin has a gas log woodstove inside as well. Outside there's a deck with a table and 2 chairs overlooking the brook, then a picnic table and a place to have a campfire. No pets allowed.
$84.95 plus tax per night     The weekly rate is $509.70 plus tax for 7 nights

 

 

Cabin #3 -



Cabin #3 has a sitting room with a small sofa that opens to a bed for 1 or 2 small children (under 12 years old). It has color cable TV, a bedroom with a full size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. Cabin #3 has a new bathroom (with a shower) for the 2008 season. Outside there is a deck with a table and chairs, a picnic table and a place to have a campfire. Located close to the playground.
$64.95 plus tax per night     The weekly rate is $389.70 plus tax for 7 nights

Cabin #4 -



Cabin #4 is located on a hill overlooking the river and brook. There's a screened in porch with a table and chairs to enjoy this view. Downstairs there's a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven as well as a dining area. There's a sitting room with a sofa that lays flat for1 or 2 small children (up to 13 years old) and color cable television. Upstairs there's a bathroom with a shower. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a full size log cabin bed. Outside there's a picnic table and a place to have a campfire. Sleeps 4 adults and up to 2 small children (up to13 years old). $109.95 plus tax per night     The weekly rate is $659.70 plus tax for 7 nights - 3 night minimum

 

Cabin #5 -



Cabin #5 is located by Route 3. It has a bedroom with a full size log cabin bed and a sitting room with a futon that opens to a bed for 1 or 2 small children (up to 13 years old). We have added a fireplace in the sitting room as well as a TV that can swivel so you can watch it from the sitting room, kitchen or the bedroom!! There is a fully equipped kitchen with a small refrigerator, oven and a breakfast nook with 3 benches for dining. Cabin #5 has a new bathroom for 2008!!  Outside there is a picnic table and a place to have a campfire with a privacy fence around 2 sides of the yard. Sleeps 2 adults and  up to 2 small children
$64.95 plus tax per night     The weekly rate is $389.70 plus tax for 7 nights

Cabin #6 -

Cabin #6 has a screened in porch overlooking the campground. It has a bedroom with a full size log cabin bed, a sitting room with a  sofa that opens to a bed for 1 or 2 small children (under 13 years old). There is also a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and microwave and 2 stove-top burners (no oven), and a bathroom with a shower. Sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 13 years old).
$74.95 plus tax per night     The weekly rate is $449.70 plus tax for 7 nights

The 7th consecutive night is FREE (subject to availability)

In order to make a reservation, we have a 2 night minimum ( 3 night minimum for cabin #4)during regular periods and a 3 night minimum during holiday and special event periods.

**Note: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow visitors in our cabins.**




Extra charges:  Additional people - per person, per night (ages 14 and over) $5.00, 13 and under, $3.00.  Additional people must be included in your original reservation and registration. We have a maximum number of occupants for each cabin.

 

Check-in time for cabins is from 2 PM to 10 PM
Checkout time for cabins is before 10 AM

DEPOSITS: In order to guarantee a cabin, we require a deposit when all reservations are made. Deposits are equal to either one night or 25% of the total reservation (whichever amount is higher).

REFUND POLICY: We have a seven-day cancellation notice policy. If a reservation is cancelled 7 or more days prior to the arrival date, a refund of the deposit will be given (minus a 10% processing fee, which is non-refundable). Refunds are not given for reservations that are cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date.

Above rates do not include 9% State Room Rental tax.




"We will be open from May 15th to October 15th. We will be available in January to take reservations for the upcoming season."
