Cabin or Trailer Rentals in New Hampshire

Cabin #5

Located by Route 3, Cabin #5 has a screened-in porch facing the mountains. It has a bedroom with a full-size bed and a sitting room with a futon (52" by 75") that opens to a bed suitable for two children. There’s an electric fireplace and a TV on a swivel to watch from all areas but the bathroom. Additionally, there’s a well-equipped kitchen with a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove with an oven, and a breakfast nook with three bar stools for dining. Outside, there’s a picnic table and a campfire ring in a backyard with a privacy fence.

Rates and Length of Stay
Our rates are for two adults and two children. If your child or children are over the age of 17, there is an additional charge of $8.00 each per night. This cabin has a two-night minimum, except during holiday and special event periods with a three-night minimum.

Cabin #6

Cabin #6 overlooks the campground. It has a screened-in porch with a table and chairs. The bedroom has a full-size bed and a TV, while the living room has a futon (45" by 75"; not quite a full-size bed), which holds up to two children, and another TV. This cabin has a kitchenette (two burners and no oven), a microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, a dining table with benches, and a shower bathroom. Outside, there is a picnic table and a campfire ring.

Rates and Length of Stay
Our rates are for two adults and two children. If your child or children are over the age of 13, there is an additional charge of $8.00 each per night. This cabin has a two-night minimum with a three-night minimum during holiday and special event periods.

Trailer #1

Trailer #1 is located on site T1 in the campground on a small babbling brook. It’s a 41' travel trailer with two slide-outs, and there is a deck built out from it, bordering the brook. There are four chairs and a patio table under the awning, by the campfire ring.

When you enter the trailer, there’s a living room with a sofa (54" by 30") and a TV. To the right is the dining area, which has a table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen, with all full-sized appliances. If you take a left from the glass slider entrance, you will see a hallway.

The first bedroom is equipped with twin bunk beds. Next is the bathroom, featuring a basin, toilet, and shower. The queen-size master bedroom, which overlooks the stream and has a separate entrance to the bathroom, is at the end of the corridor.

This trailer does not allow pets.

Rates and Length of Stay
Our rates are for two adults and two children (ages 17 and under). If you bring one more child, there will be an extra fee. This travel trailer rental has a three-night minimum all season for an advanced reservation.

Deposit Policy

Reservations are guaranteed, so we require a deposit when a reservation is made. Deposits are equal to one night or 30% of the reservation subtotal (whichever amount is higher).

Cancellation Policy

We have a 10-day cancellation policy. If a reservation is canceled 10 or more days before your arrival date, 75% of your deposit will be refunded. Refunds are not issued for reservations canceled less than 10 days before your arrival date. Deposits are not refundable if a reservation is made less than 10 days before the arrival date. No refunds are given for early departures or evictions.

Reminders

Our check-in time is after 2 p.m., and our checkout time is before 10 a.m. The seventh consecutive night is free (must be of equal or lesser value), although it is subject to availability. We don’t ever allow any visitors in our cabin or trailer for rent.
